4. - What is the shelf life and what is the expiration date once hydrated?
- The shelf life is at least 18 months and once hydrated the product has a life of 5 days, if refrigerated it can last up to 7 days.

1) Lemonades and as a Condiment to highlight Dishes with a touch of Lemon, Guacamole, Sauces, Marinades, Pastries, Cook Seafood, and in general everything that requires a Lime. (It can be used directly in Powder or Hydrated.)

6. - How much powder or dehydrated lemon should I dilute in pure water to obtain the corresponding to 100% lemon juice?
- One tablespoon (12.5 g) diluted in 250 ml. of purified water you get 100% lemon juice. Check our Table of Measurements.
